Setting dl/ul limits in scheduler mode

I think that changing limit of ul/dl speed in scheduling mode shouldn't change it globally. I mean - if i set from 11am to 11pm scheduling with 40kbps limit (and unlimited remaining time) and today at 6pm i change it to 10kbps, for example, i expect that in settings window 40kbps will stay and tomorrow at 11am i expect that uTorrent will again reduce dl speed 40 40kbps, and not to 10

i think it's a little more logical and convenient. do you?

When you are in the mode, your changes apply to that mode. There are many requests about the Scheduler, hopefully the amount of requests / help the developers slows so they can actually do some work.

I for one can't wait to see what they came up with for the next version.
