Cleaner Posted November 10, 2008 Report Posted November 10, 2008 so here's the deal I've been running utorrent for a while now and sudden;y a week ago I started to get really slow dl speeds. I'm running the latest version 1.8.1 with windows xp, my connection is 1.5/512 and ISP is 012.net from Israel. I used to dl at 300kb+ now I'm gettin 70kb usually with sudden bursts of speed that goes up to 200kb max don't really know why this is but whatever it is it doesn't seem to affect the up speed that remains at 30kb.can anyone plz help??
