If it's asking to "install" each time.. are you clicking on the shortcut or the EXE on your desktop/quick launch/wherever?

If it's the shortcut... you can add "/NOINSTALL" OUTSIDE the path of the EXE to see if it just starts uT up that way.

Also reasons for this include that the .DAT files aren't being found in the correct folder :/

If it picks up the torrent list when starting that means your DAT files are intact. However... what happened when you appended /noinstall to the command line outside the launch path?

Not many things cause uT to crash on startup... but with that list of DLLs it should help narrow things down.

So you were successfully able to add the /NOINSTALL parameter to the command line for utorrent.exe?
