Internet shutdown with Utorrent...What do I do?

I recently purchased a new comp. with Vista (unfortunately). Every time Utorrent finishes downloading a file, my internet goes down. I have to restart the comp. just to get it up again. What's going on? How do I stop this? I checked the basic settings and disabled and auto shutdown feature but it still occurs,
