DHT: waiting to login !!

hello !

i use utorrent and after 2 month of using this program suddenly a day i started the programed and faced to very low download speed!!! i saw that the DHT can not be logged in or this message " 0 nodes".

I use kaspersky, but already i was working utorrent and kaspersky at same time for 2 month so i dont think that it is because of kaspersky internet security ! i dont use any other firewall or security packge except kaspersky !

please help me to solve this problem

Windows Updates (2nd Tuesday / Month) sometimes activate Windows Firewall - check that.

yea, windows firewall is disabled !! i also added utorrent to trusted programs although firewall is off !
