Computer still freezing.

Hi,

For a month ago my computer started freezing when i download a torrent. ( It freezes totally, only cutting the power helps )

So yesterday i formatted my computer, but i still have the problem.

EDIT: I forgot to tell, that my computer also freezes while downloading anything else. So i don't think it's a problem with uTorrent.
