Download not being started

I have installed utorrent today. I am trying to download. But download is not being started. I use proxy 10.2.1.5:3128 which is set in my IE.

Proxy is not the top to do torrenting.

Actually I wanted to inform that my web connection is through the proxy: Address - 10.2.1.5 and Port - 3128. Otherwise I have no option to get internet connection.

In this scenario my torrent software showing Done 0% even after 15 minutes passsed.

Could you please inform me how to check whether my torrent is working or not.

What kind of proxy is it?

That's not a proxy type.

HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5 is.

If it's a standard HTTP proxy, unless it also supports HTTP CONNECT, you'll never be able to torrent behind it.
