I'm now only downloading at belo 10kb/s...when I was still using my linksys, my download speed was over 100kb/s.I don't know what is wrong with it. The port has been fowarded. Switeck Posted November 15, 2008 Report Share Posted November 15, 2008 Your ISP is hostile to BitTorrent traffic.At the least, outgoing encryption needs to be set to Enabled or FORCED.Disable: DHT, LPD, and Resolve IPs.If you did manual router port forwarding, also disable UPnP and NAT-PMP.A high net.max_halfopen (anything over 8 is high) will likely only make the problems worse.Did you try the 1st and 2nd links in my signature?
