thegoat
I've just migrated utorrent to a new PC and all is working OK, EXCEPT, I've noticed that for instance I can have 10 torrents actively seeding, with an upload speed of 25kb/s but if I click on the 'Active tab' it only shows 3 or 4 torrents uploading with a collective speed of say 7kb/s?Why aren't all uploading torrents showing as Active? Ultima
Never seen that before. Does it stay that way?
Jacobitess
I'm having the same problem! This only my second time downloading, and it's one torrent. It shows up in the "Downloading" icon group, but the only thing increasing is the uploading information (albeit very slowly) not the downloading, and it still shows in the grey "inactive" box. What am I doing wrong?
Ultima
No, what you're seeing is different.Active only shows torrent jobs that are actively being transferred, whether it is downloading or seeding. Downloading torrent jobs must be downloading at rates above the value specified by queue.slow_dl_threshold to be considered active. Seeding torrent jobs must be uploading at rates above the value specified by queue.slow_ul_threshold to be considered active.

Ultima
Hrm? How would an ISP affect the UI?
thelittlefire
Overloading your connection causes MUCH higher rates of "unaccounted" upload traffic.
