sukchu
I just changed my router to Level one WBR-3600 and now my utorrent shows a red dot saying "NOT CONNECTABLE" I think i port forwarded correctly coz when in utorrent i use Ctrl-G and then click the "test if port is forwarded properly" it says its "OK! Port 58217 is open and accepting connections." even on my bitmetv torrent site it says "connectable:YES". I wouldnt bother abt it if my speed was good, but my speed is really slow and that is a really big problem for me. Before changing my router i use to get very good speed (Max out) and my utorrent was always green. Can someone please help me, I really dont know what is wrong. Pls Help...!! Firon
Turn off UPnP in µTorrent. If you set net.bind_ip, clear the option. Do you use a firewall?
sukchu
My UPnP is turned off and net.bind_ip is also empty, still it doesnt work. I am only using the windows firewall and utorrent is already in the exceptions list. My NAT-PMP is also disabled but nothing seems right.
Ultima
What does the tooltip for the network status light show? Any listening error?
sukchu
The tooltip light is Red and it says "Not Connectable, A firewall/router is limiting your network traffic. You need to open up a port so others can connect to you" This is very strange, but when i check that this port is forwarded already, it says Yes. I m very confused
