"100% - Peer" doesnt seed - why?

hello - since weeks me and a group of about 5 other peers have already downloaded 95,6% - and now sticking at that - so far, so bad

BUT also since this time a peer (a German) appears which has100% of this file but nobody is able to download the essential rest. Everybody is sticking so close to the end. Mister 100% always appears and disappears - and none of the rest (us) can get the final bits - even if he´s there for half an hour.

Why is that?

His "relevance" is : 3,5

he/she is using : MLdonkey 2.9.2

my client yTorr 1.8.1

my port-forwarding is working fine (green jack) and usually I don´t have download-problems - everything else seems to work fine

as a matter of fact I´m not really skilled in using this client and I can´t understand a lot of things - however: what is wrong??

Why can´t we get the rest when the whole file is actually available?

Why doesn't he upload to you?

Because he's probably uploading to other people.

...what can we (stupid) do, to get the last few bits ??? Is he able to influence that? Are we able to influence that? Is the algorhythm of yTorr not made to handle such problems?

some weeks waiting must be enough - what do you think?

That seed probably has bad settings and/or MLdonkey 2.9.2 is terrible as a BitTorrent client.

For your settings, have you tried the 2nd link in my signature?

Do note that uTorrent's settings are based on your max upload.

(Run a speed test with nothing going on to determine your max upload and download.)
