thelittlefire
Where is the "automatic rehashing" you're talking about? Bittorrent is based upon set-length data hashes.
asundrus
I mean, let's say I got a torrent on my server, and I want to seed it on a tracker which has the same torrent, I then add the torrent via the web ui, then utorrent on my server will rehash the files to check them, if this could be disabled, that would be awsome, you can do it in the normal client when you're uploading.I hope I explained my question good enough. thelittlefire
Yeah there are some limitations of the WebUI stemming from an incomplete of the GUI to the backend. Nothing to do but 1) wait for more backend data from the utorrent exe 2) wait for a more thorough WebUI interface.Currently, there is only one way to add torrents via WebUI, and that means you need to have direct access to the data location, and it auto-checks on run from the directories. Not even that directory is changeable at the moment, so if/when that's added I'd expect more "add" options to be available like label start folder and skip hash.Thank you yes you explained your situation very well.
