Problem With the Intyernet when utorrent is running

Hello,

So, Im using router, uTorrent works perfectly however since few last days when I turn on uTorrent i'm unable to go onto any website, it just slows down internet by 100% until i turn off uTorrent and after few minutes the internet websites works again.

I dunno what causes that, and it happens only when I turn on uTorrent (downloading speed and uploading speed are usually about 0,6kb/s when i start the utorrent, then it slowly goes up... i have 2mb.) The speed of download in uTorrent deffantely doesn't slow down my internet browser.

I hope i get an answer for that question.

NOTE: Max sustainable UPLOAD speed is far less than max download speed for most connections.
