uT Status OK - Port Test no

HI, i've this config:

OS Vista Ultimate - firewall disabled - Static IP -Antivir Avira Workstation (no firewall)

Modem Router DG834N configured to Open port 11388 to my internal Static IP

ADSL2+ 20Mb Telecom

uTorrent 1.8.1 configured to use port 11388

uTorrent download & upload speed is about 100 Kbps

uTorrent show network status icon as Green but if use http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=11388, the message is : Error! Port 11388 does not appear to be open.

Someone understant why uTorrent status is ok but port test no ?
