My problem is as follows:I download stuff, and most things d/l alright. However, there are 4 files, that even though they have peers and seeds, there is no d/l'ing going on. Occasionally, it will go "0.1 kB/s", and then disappear, but it will never actually stay and d/l. I know from past experience that when this happen to files, the files simply will not d/l. Other files are being d/l'd just fine. I use uTorrent on WinXP. I know I have a firewall, but I don't know what type it is or how to reach it. I'm completely clueless about all of this, so I basically have no idea what I'm doing. So, be kind...If you'll help me out, I'll be eternally grateful.Thanks!
