CyberMonk
Not sure if this is a bug so much as it's a missing feature, but as far as I can tell, the Mac uTorrent beta doesn't support HTTPS trackers. I've tested a couple HTTPS torrents that load, but never seem to find any peers (when peers definitely exist), whereas torrents from HTTP trackers load and begin downloading without a hitch. kjk
I have to say I haven't tested HTTPS trackers. Could you post a link to a .torrent that has HTTPS trackers (or you can e-mail it to me privately by clicking on my nick and using the e-mail form) and I'll take a look. tBag
Good evening,Is it support of https trackers comming soon?I do not dare to believe that you did not find a tracker made safe to test !It does not matter, I will be patient. Once this regulated point, some options in more and your software will become, certainly, a reference on Mac also.I thank you for your work. planetWayne
I must admit, I was puzzled for a while as to why a tracker I was using wasn't downloading - then the penny dropped that I was using https. As soon as I swapped to http - things started downloading Unfortunately I haven't got a torrent I can send that will allow you to test on. ThanksWayne.
