how to increase number of seeds??

hii to all....

i create my own torrent file using utorrent...

i use following trackers:

http://www.h33t.com:3310/announce

http://open.tracker.thepiratebay.org/announce

http://inferno.demonoid.com:3400/announce

http://denis.stalker.h3q.com:6969/announce

http://www.torrentsnipe.info:2701/announce

after a day one of my file shows its seeds value is " 0(0) " and peers value" 7(17) "

and another file show seeds value is " 1(2) " and peers value " 75(172) "

i cant download both of this files.....

please tell how to increase seeds..??
