Browser (IE + Firefox) going Crazy

I have been using utorrent for 3 days. Now my browser is behaving badly. Out of nowhere it will start poping up new windows with ads, and resizing windows. reading some of the threads here says to download and post the Hijackthis logfile. here it is. Please help!

"The Internet" says they are parts of Trojans

The description of the problem (bad ads) also confirms that

the names look a bit Japanese but I couldn't confirm that..

the solution is simple enough: remove them.
