Please Disable Scrape???

so that is the output of the tracker {failure: Please Disable SCRAPE!}

i went to options/preferences/advanced > bt.scrape stop *true (was set to false before) it didnt change anything though

i guess that i am asking three things , if anyone has five minutes.....

1) should i have changed that setting in advanced ?

2) what does Please Disable SCRAPE mean ?

3) what effect does Please Disable SCRAPE have on my files ?

if you get the chance at some point , please let me know the above

2) The tracker doesn't want you to know how many peers there are in the swarm

3) Nothing.
