how to contact seeder with the ip addr?

i m able 2 see the seeder"s ip address thru utorrent and is it possible 2 communicate in any way with an email or other form of contact just by the ip address alone?

eg need 2 let seeder know 2 come online to seed longer..

No you cannot contact any peer directly. You need to use any forum or comment system on the site you got the torrent from.
