Edit keyboard shortcuts

Hello there,

Is it possible for one to change the keyboard shortcuts assigned to Utorrent? I would like to change the F7 key to Ctrl+C, can that be done somewhere manually?

Not likely. Even though there are multiple ways to program keybindings. . .generally apps don't allow them to be modified.

As far as changing to a "standard" Copy command, why are you trying to override windows?
