Can't drag and drop Torrent file to uTorrent anymore

Hi

Not sure if this is a bug but in the 1st beta version, when I downloaded a torrent file I can just simply drag and drop the file from the 'Download' folder located at the dock to uTorrent and it will start transferring.

With the version 9.0.1 and 9.0.2, seems like this drag and drop function is now disabled. I can't drag and drop torrent file from my 'download' folder on my dock to uTorrent anymore. I have to go to file -> open torrent -> select my file manually

Is this supposed to be a bug?
