Need help finding which port I previously opened

I am trying to navigate to my router's settings in my web browser, but I can't remember how I got there. I thought I type in my I.P. address but when I do, the page never loads and times out. I need to get there so I can see which port I had previously opened up for torrent applications such as this one. If there is another way I can see which port is open please let me know.

You need to enter in the router setup.

Try http://192.168.1.1/

There are others urls like that to test if this one is wrong.

That one doesn't work. Page load error.

*Edit: Nvm, I figured it out. Just did a search on google for my router type and I found the link in a Yahoo Answers post that took me to the setup page
