This comes up over and over again and before anything is completed it tells me "Access is Denied".

My network is "working like it should", I fixed that problem, but now I still can't finish any "peices" yet.

Disable/uninstall it. Look at Services manager to disable it.

Yes you just can disable the Roxio module that is the culprit.
