computer freezes solid when uploading

My computer freezes when torrents are uploading at what up speed i don't no.I am a newbie so i am learning .Everything works ok downloading at times can be slow but it does download and seed torrents.I ran the DSL speed checker and again downloading is o.k. but as soon as uploading prepares and begins the computer freezes solid.I have to switch off manually I hate that.Does somebody have freeze fix file or help of any kind. THANK YOU

Dont forget to select utorrent.exe & enable DLL mode (ctrl+d) in PE.
