pfk505
I've noticed with utorrent 1.4 that a few peers's % completed column is not updating like it used to. Sometimes it will stop at a certain amount and other times it will stay at 0.0 until the peer has completed the file. Not sure if this should be in bugs or troubleshooting but has anyone else noticed this? Seems to be new to 1.4 (never noticed it in past versions)edit: also, the peer's % completed is accurate on the tracker page, so their client is updating. Firon
It's probably because they aren't sending you any have messages. Something called "have supression"
pfk505
is that a client feature? two of said peers are using utorrent.
gondukin
This is a problem I'm getting as well... some uTorrent clients aren't updating the % complete they send to me, you have to stop the torrent and restart it to force an update. This doesn't affect all peers using uTorrent however it does a significant percentage.
Firon
1.4 stable and lower don't send have messages to seeds, the betas do (and it's a configurable option)

Firon
If you ever see the % rates not go up, it's because of that. It's on by default in 1.4.1 and later, but people CAN turn it off, so if you see it, don't freak out.
