ShaghaiDoc
Unless it is seriously affecting performance, don't worry about it. It usually resolves itself.
mano1438
I am having the same problem and cannot seem to solve it.uTorrent was downloanding files at a good speed before, but I had to format my pc and re install everything again, now the speeds have gone way down and in logger on the uTorrent window I get the following message: Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access is denied.Yet I do have uTorrent in my list in the windows firewal and I have just included the port which it uses, but still my downloads are very slow, is there any fix for this?? inkadu
Just resolved this problem by deleting "utorrent" entry in windows firewall and re-starting utorrent. Curious as to why it started... might be related to an install of avast! (though I didn't even install the p2p protection or any of the other gewgaws. pavilion_alex
so this error the doesn't indicate any actual error with the Windows Firewall itself, right?
