I found somewhere on the internet this type of link dht://<something>.dht

My questions:

1. can utorrent handle it?

2. if yes, please explain me how

3. if not, please help me, how can I use it

4. if not, is there any way to evaluate that link and add the content manually to utorrent?

If it is already discussed somewhere please forgive me, it is pretty hard to search for it.
