Can i import my utorrent files from the pc side to the mac side?

I've got the PC side on my mac where i've done all my utorrent stuff. i just downloaded the mac version and want all those files i've downloaded already to be able to work on the mac side only. how can i transfer or import those files to the mac side. I've got an external hard drive if it's easier that way! please help! i'm tired of switching to the PC side just to listen to my music!

yes. just point uTorrent's download location to the one on the external drive and then open the .torrent files in uTorrent. It should resume automatically.

I'd use http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=31306 with your existing resume.dat from the PC side... the format is the same for uT/Mac. You may have to change more than the data locations, so the path is correct. . . i.e. if your torrents aren't in the local folder.
