Hi..Im having the same problem. Ive been using utorrent for maybe atleast 2 months with no change in my configuration...and suddenly 2 days ago it stopped downloading or uploading anything...i have NO transfer...all trackers are "offline(timed out)"..and the DHT is "Waiting to announce" forever!!...

- I am connected via a router..port has been forwarded properly (infact since this problem....ive changed both my port and my ip just in case)

- no firewall, except on the router (been handled)

- I uninstalled and reinstalled utorrent, to no avail

- Ive even tried someone's solution on this forum by deleting dht.dat and dht.dat.old and try a torrent from their site..nope didnt work..same No transfer whatsoever :(

- Am residing in country where they limit torrent traffic etc and i would have thought my ISP was up to no good again..except i have another PC connected on my network..tried utorrent there...works perfectly..sigh..so i guess its a problem with me only...but as i havent updated OR changed/installed ANY other software in quite a while i have no idea why this is happening...

- oh i forgot to most imp part...im using...utorrent 1.8.1 (build 12639) :D

plz plz help..thanks in advance.. also let me know if any other details are needed...

thanks!

Hi sorry for the really lreally late reply...I found out that my utorrent had an early reaction to my ISP's meddling around...so...im sorry for the bother...it was and still is all my ISP's fault...but ive found a way round it..so all is well.. :)

thank you again for reply...

cheers!
