Speed with Specific Torrent

Normally. my d/l speed is not an issue. However, lately I've noticed with some torrents I d/l through search engines, my upload speed is significantly higher than my d/l speed. I tweaked the settings as suggested in other posts and the FAQ, but to no avail. I figure the problem is not the settings since I had no such problems previously. When I try to lower the upload rate, the d/l rate goes with it. With both settings on "0", I am averaging 130 up and 40 down.

Any ideas on how to even this out? Thanks!
