Need help to configure setting...

I am showing a 5998 kb/s download and 415 kb/s upload from the site the speed guide sent me to.... I am not great with the computer so if someone has these kinda speeds and can share there settings with me.. Bandwidth and connection i would really appreciate it.. i can type them in but trying to find out what formula to use myself I just can't figure out

Use this array to set uT:

So this line seems fit with your max UL speed:

║ 384 kbit/sec ║ 35│ 4║ 40│ 90║ 3│ 2║

Then put the numbers in uT (Settings > Connection). Use these screens if necessary:
