None. Your max UL speed is already fixed by your ISP and the quality of your adsl connection.

uT will not superboost your UL or DL speed.

Run a speedtest several times and look at which average speeds you reach.

ok so i went trough the speed test and these are my results : ( İ don't know what they mean exactly , so what is the max speed i can get according to this spped test)

at the moment im gettin like around 70 Kb/s

DL: 108 kByte/s (870 kbit/s)

UL: 26 kB/s (206 kb/s)

You can do the test 3 or 4 times and note the UL. then you compute the average and use this thread to set uT:

In your case, you need to choose between:

║ 192 kbit/sec ║ 17│ 3║ 30│ 50║ 2│ 1║

║ 224 kbit/sec ║ 20│ 3║ 35│ 55║ 2│ 1║

depends if the level of 224 kb/s is sufficient to surf.

Then put the numbers in uT like that:
