Wrong? IP on Port Checker

I am always getting a yellow network status: No Incoming Connections.

I configured COMODO Firewall to allow µtorrent. When I check if the port is being forwarded properly, the site reports the correct port on a different IP address to be not open. As to my IP address, my computer and my ISP report that it is 172.16.10.38 while the port checker and other IP checking sites report that it is 122.160.117.69. Should I contact my ISP or is there another solution?

You are behind a NAT, most likely from your ISP. They may be able to fully forward you, but there are no guarantees.
