DreadWingKnight
Like I asked you on IRC, was the units *bit/sec or *byte/sec in the speed test?

Uncle Dave
New to uTorrent. I do not seem to be able to upload at a good rate. Down load seemed to be OK. I am just letting the program do it's thing. I have tried to Tweak, but no real improvement. I have noticed that while I am uploading, that my Downloading is usually greater than my Uploading. This looks to me that this is wrong, I would think that I should be Uploading faster. It takes me Days to get the Ratio up to 1.5 the suggested payback. I am using the latest uTorrent, and experimenting with Vista Recovery Disk. Vista. For a while things may have been OK but then slowed down.
