Please- is this the performance I can expect or do I have problems?

About a week ago I got a seedbox here

1 FTP Account by Default

I wanted to get away from my home DSL with a 60k upload speed (sometimes.) Now I am getting 12kB/s up. Once in a great while it will spike at 300kB/s or run at 150kB/s for an hour or less but moxtly it stays below 100. DL's can go to 800kB/s at times but I currently have them limited to 250 to see if there is an improvement. There is not. I have changed the settings to match the ones in the new owner FAQ here

with no change. I have tried limiting the number of torrents to 5. Is this what I can expect for a $20/mo seedbox? If I should expect more are there tweaks I do not know about? The site has no instructions on how to run the box. Support does not reply. Should I boogie?

Since this isn't actually about µtorrent in any way this isn't really the right place to ask I think. Although some people might have the experience and willingness to answer you I think you are a lot better off trying to pose your question on Filesharingtalk.

I don't do seedboxes myself. It's because of the flaws of private trackers that people feel they need seedboxes. And when a lot of people use seedboxes on a tracker it makes keeping up a ratio for those without one even harder. It's a downward spiral with only one winner: Hosting providers.
