Downloaded files moved as separate files not folders

I addedd an external drive and moved all of my files over to the new dirve. I reset up the preferences to start the downloaded files to the internal drive and, when finished, move them to the external driive. uTorrent sets up the files on the internal drive but the competed files are moving over separately. This did not occur with the internal drive alone.

Are you describing a condition where the multi-file torrents are not moving all files simultaneously?
