help with internet stoping after a few hours

ok first off i am on wireless and i can dl for hours at a time before i cant dl anymore.. i read some of the other posts but am lost sorry.... only way i can reconcet to internet it unplug rounter like others to get internet back if u can help i would be great full.

Having to unplug the router sounds like you're using crap hardware, try following Ultima troubleshooting guide and this as well: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=34259

i set it to 1mb a sceond even though i get 1.5 after i did speed test but i still have same issue
