automatically scheduling downloads???

hello can anyone help me out as to how to automatically download to the next queued file even if the queued file is stopped or paused. i need to do this since i have a very slow connection so i download files one at a time.

Stopped torrents aren't a part of the queue. If you want to download files one by one, then set the Preferences > Queueing settings accordingly. Set maximum number of active torrents/downloads both to 1, and don't stop torrents. If you find more torrents starting, and don't like it, then disable queue.dont_count_slow_dl and queue.dont_count_slow_ul in Preferences > Advanced.

And really, before you do any of this, make sure you set µTorrent correctly by choosing your connection's upload rate in the Speed Guide.
