webui on wine/linux : params ? Close and Restart utorrent ?

I'd like to know if when we change some parameters under webui, does these parameters are set on the fly or do we have to stop and restart utorrent ?

Also is it possible under the webui to stop and restart utorrent ?

They are on the fly, and start-stop is not possible in utorrent itself and not in webui.

Well if they are "on the fly" not need to stop and restart. But I don't think it works with ipfilter. I have to do more tests, but it looks like, when I tick/untick ipfilter nothing happens...

Also, is there a "particular" setting to set with a linux/webui seedbox with 100Mb/s link ?

For example, if I set the upload rate to AUTO, nothing happens. The number is still 0

In the advanced setting do I have to set some paramaters specially for this kind of installation (a dedicated seedbox 100Mb/s ) ?
