Error! Port **** does not appear to be open.

I just started to receive this message yesterday, and an hour b4 dat it was working fine. my speeds were 100 kb/s. i port forward correctly on my router, followed the instructions. then all of a sudden my utorrent gets no connections. i random the port and still the Error! Port **** does not appear to be open pops up.

my router is 2wire 3800hgv-b using windows firewall which is turned off.

Random ports are hard to be forwarded. And check your firewall if it is still off.
