Download only missing or different files

Hello,

I am a Mame fans and from time to time i like to upgrade my romset, the problem is that the whole pack is now 19 GB and i'd like uTorrent to download ONLY the missing or wrong files, while detecting the correct files already present and flag them as already downloaded

I don't know if this is possible, maybe a simple check of filename and size should be enough to tag the file as completed 100%, or maybe this is already supported and i am missing something

If you're downloading batches, just "save over" the old batch. New files will be downloaded.
