Torrents stoped downloading all of a sudden

I'm not sure what happened. One day my torrents came to a stand still and started displaying ETA as "infinity" I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I even cancelled the torrents and downloaded new ones..... no change. It doesn't matter how many peers or seeders there are, they all have an ETA of infinity and are NOT downloading at all. Sometimes I'd see a download speed of 0.1 or 0.23 show up for a few seconds then disappear.

Please help.

Please clarify one thing for me as well. As an example, one of my seeder values shows 0(2345) and another shows 1(3250) what does the number outside the brackets mean?
