Jobs wiped

For some reason, all of my jobs (downloads, seeds, etc.)got wiped off µTorrent when my computer froze, leaving my downloads unfinished. Will it suffice to add the torrent files again and direct them to the same location to resume downloading?

EDIT: Er, disregard this. I followed my own advice and it seems to be working, though it's taking ages to recheck the job (as expected, though).
