death poet
Hey everyone! Happy New Years!Ok, I'm new to Mac. I got it like 2 days ago. I just download uTorrent for my mac and it seems it ended up on my desktop as a hard drive or some thing. I moved it to applications but it is still there on my desktop. I have no idea what I'm doing. Little help please!
NoOneButMe
click on the white icon on your desktop and drag it to the trash.
macbuz
That white icon is a disk image containing utorrent, double click it and you will see the application. Drag that to your applications folder.

FancyPanda
I had a similar problem but when I moved it to applications and then tried to open it nothing happened. I tried restarting as death poet said it worked but to no avail. I am very new to macs as well and would appreciate any help.
