Changed drive name - now cant see the downlods

I just added a drive so the drive letters have changed.

How do I get Utorrent to recognise the new download folder on a newly named drive? Or is it safer/easier/better to change back to the older drive letter? I'd prefer not to change the drive letters though.

2 quick solutions:

1/ Rename your drivers to retrieve the initial letter used in uT.

2/ Close uT. Edit resume.dat in %appdata%/utorrent with BEncode Editor

and use fucntion find/replace as all simple text editor to change the path of your data. Save it and restart uT.

I had a look at BEncode Editor and havent got a clue how to use it. Besides, when I try to look into the fiolder where the file is it stops me from entering SO....I'll change the drive letter...thx for your time though.

Just drag & drop resume.dat (in folder uTorrent from AppData) in BEncode Editor. Then you see each torrent with the path of your data. (open [+] crosses). Go to Edit menu and use find/replace function like in Notepad.

Ex.: C: D: will change the all paths from C: to D:

Save your modifications. That's all.
