UPNP Difference between 1.81 and 1.6?

I upgraded to 1.81 from 1.61(I think?) and am now getting upnp errors.Wiped my application data folder and manually reconfigured

Enable Upnp(Tick)

(Randomize port)(Tick)

Everything else in connection is unticked

Router(WRT54g with tomato firmware)

XP pro x64

My routers ip is 192.168.1.1 and my current static ip is 192.168.1.10

192.168.1.16 is another users ip

Any ideas here?It was working good on 1.61

EDITED With Info : COMPLETELY no firewalls or antiviruses.I have even deleted the windows firewall service as i find it useless.My router does support upnp as i have seen it working with utorrent 1.61 under my router's upnp section.Have ran hijackthis to confirm no spywares but i find it not needed to post it here when it works with 1.61 and not 1.81.Works with vuze too so its clearly something with upnp changed in 1.8.Hope this thread gets a reply soon-.-
