Ultima
Simple: you can't. µTorrent is closed source.

Ultima
There are plenty. Look for those with "Yes" under the FOSS column.

SineSwiper
How exactly does that work? Up until BitTorrent 5.0, it was open source software with a OSS-compatible license (several, actually). Now, suddenly it's closed-source. You can't just release a new version of OSS software with a closed-source license. The original OSS source code cannot be used or re-used without distributing the modified source code. So, where's the source code?
DreadWingKnight
The codebase changed. There's no license issues involved. And that's ignoring the fact that the original license permitted closed-source deployment.
