"Connection reset by peer" and "Connection closed by peer", help!

Hi, i use utorrent for download torrents in piratebay and other sites, but, when i am downloading a torrent, the trackers always says "connection reset by peer" or "Connection closed by peer", and it's red all the time.

I haven't problems with my ISP or something, and i always get to download the torrents (with my max. speed), but it appears to be "red" and i don't know what could be.

My connection is green, with a port opened for incoming and outcoming connections.

Somebody could help me?
