aural
Hi. I have just got a new router (D-Link DIR-300) and now my Status Light won't change from red. I have ensured that UPnP is all working and my firewall still allows uTorrent for everything. I have normal speeds of downloading so I am not sure what to do! Please help - I am a bit of a computer dummy so step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!
Firon
Is your modem also a router? If it is, you'll need to disable the router part of the modem. If not possible, then you'd need to do it on the D-Link.Check what model your modem is.
aural
My modem is totally seperate to my router. My modem is a Speedtouch and my router is D-Link. Thanks
Ultima
You're behind a double-NAT, as SpeedTouch modems are generally routers as well. See the advanced port forwarding guide in the µTorrent help manual.
